Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Exceptions (eligible for replacement only):
If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Incorrect item received
• Missing item(s)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved
